Tassenkuchen Schokolade mit Beeren. Hast du schon einmal Blaubeeren mit Schokolade kombiniert? Es hört sich vielleicht etwas seltsam an, es ergibt aber eine wunderbar exquisite Geschmackskombination. Ein süß saures Kitzeln, gefolgt von herber Schokolade ist einfach köstlich.

Mit Kindern backen muss schnell gehen, und da eignen sich mein Schokoladen Tassenkuchen perfekt. Hast du schon mal einen zubereitet? Am schnellsten geht es in der Mikrowelle – natürlich kannst du ihn auch im Ofen zubereiten.


Meine Kinder lieben Beeren und würden sie das ganze Jahr essen, besonders Erdbeeren und Blaubeeren. Heute hatten wir Lust auf Tassenkuchen mit Schokolade und Blaubeeren und so ist diese Kreation entstanden. Natürlich gehen so ziemlich alle Obstsorten.

Die Beeren passen sehr gut in einen Kuchen oder ein Dessert und sorgen für Farbtupfer im Kuchen.

Hier noch einige Tipps für den Tassenkuchen mit Schokolade:

  • Einen Tassenkuchen mit Schokolade kann man schnell in der Mikrowelle zubereiten (für ungeduldige Kinder) oder im Ofen. Dazu aber bitte ofenfeste Tassen verwenden.

Zutaten für 1 Portion Tassenkuchen mit Schokolade

  • 6 EL Mehl
  • 3 EL Kakaopulver
  • ¼ TL Backpulver
  • 2 EL Zucker
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 6 EL Milch
  • 3 EL neutrales Speiseöl
  • 1 EL Nuss-Nougat-Creme

Perfekt für einen kleinen Tassenkuchen

Diese wunderschönen Tassen aus Keramik sind das perfekte Gefäß für deinen leckeren Tassen-Kuchen. Amazon-Affiliate-Link.


  1. Mehl mit Kakaopulver, Backpulver, Zucker und Salz in die Tasse geben. Kurz miteinander vermischen.
  2. Milch, Öl und Nuss-Nougat-Creme hinzugeben. Mit einer Gabel gut vermischen. Der Teig soll dabei recht fest sein.
  3. Tasse für 2,5 Minuten bei ca. 600 Watt in die Mikrowelle stellen. Falls der Kuchen danach noch zu weich ist, für weitere 15 Sekunden hineinstellen. Warm genießen.

Es geht auch im Backofen

Falls du keine Mikrowelle zuhause hast, kannst du den Tassenkuchen mit Schokolade auch für 15-20 Minuten im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 Grad (Umluft: 160 Grad) backen.
